How quickly will my property be leased?
The answer is, it depends…The first step in our process is to evaluate the condition and the price of your rental. We will give you the real feedback you need to be successful. Owners who follow our recommendations can expect to rent their homes in 30 days or less in the current market.
My friend had a rental and the tenant trashed it, how can I be sure this doesn’t happen to me?
There is no way to be 100% sure of any tenant (or anything that is going to happen in the future, right?). But we can be sure of how they treated their last rental. The bottom line comes back to the tenant screening process. The overwhelming majority of our tenants (around 95%) take outstanding care of their rental, and treat it like their own.
What are my biggest cost in owning a rental property?
In short, vacancy is usually the biggest costs followed by maintenance. You should prepare for both and your property manager should help you reduce both significantly. This is where a really good property management firm can save you thousands.
