One thing that makes us a bit unique is that we are a small, responsive staff. You aren’t hiring a big company with hundreds of employees who are managing thousands of properties. There is me, the owner/broker and property manager, and then I have two assistants. One assistant is dedicated to rent collection and one is dedicated to helping you maintain your property. We also have a full time showing agent on staff. We work as a team for you. There will always be multiple points of contact for any situation.
Lots of people get frustrated when they work with property managers who are just too busy. They might have too many properties to manage and tenants with constant issues. It can be hard to get a call back or a return email. At Lighthouse, response time is important to us. We are sticklers for customer service and it’s our goal to get back to you on the same day. It’s so important to us that we give you a service guarantee. If at any point you are unhappy with the service we provide, whether it’s a lack of communication or an error we make, we will refund your money immediately upon request. We will do whatever we can to make the problem better, but we’ll also be willing to waive our fee if you have a problem that we cannot solve. We don’t want to get paid if we didn’t do the job.
